Non-Profit: Chase's Chance, Inc.

Website for a local non-profit in the Triad of North Carolina, serving the youth.

Client Name: Chase's Chance, Inc.

Industry: Non-profit

Project Case:

Chase's Chance, Inc. had been serving the community for a few years using their community network, Facebook, and Instagram. They decided they also needed a website to ensure their business built up their credibility as they started working with more corporate sponsors and partners.

Website Goals and Objectives:

  • Provide community members with more information about getting involved with the non-profit and ways to volunteer

  • Give credibility to the non-profit for potential sponsors and volunteers

  • Celebrate the accomplishments and impact of the non-profit

Challenges and Solutions:

  • With so many programs and initiatives that they were involved with, how did they effectively communicate this information on a website? What could the website help them with to get more people involved? There were a lot of organizations that Chase's Chance had already been working with, so once the list was collected, Bocca had a couple of conversations with the non-profit leadership team to ensure the information would be organized and easy to understand. The page needed to start with a call to action, which includes ways to donate, volunteer, or help lead initiatives. From there, users of the site could find more information, or be linked to the proper pages for donations or volunteer interests. At the bottom, the page provided a list of all the organizations they have supported in the past to further provide credibility to their mission and efforts.
